In accordance with GRUAN&#8217;s request, we presented SKYDEW, new chilled-mirror hygrometer that measures water vapor. Conventional hygrometer, which measure water vapor up to the stratosphere, require refrigerants in order to take measurements. However, SKYDEW no longer requires the use of refrigerants that are harmful to the environment, making it easier to handle and more environmentally friendly. GRUAN has demonstrated that they have high expectations for SKYDEW.
