\r\nJAXA, which aims at the national resilience and the solution of climate change \/ socio-economic issues, has realized that a POTEKA ground surface observation technology must be necessary for the achievement of these aims. The employee will challenge for the technology to assimilate POTEKA observation data with JAXA\/GSMaP (*) and NASA\/IMERG (**) in near real time, and will confirm the effects of disaster prevention and mitigation for linear rainbands, typhoons, etc.
\r\nA Principal Investigator of JAXA is usually selected from the researchers of a university and a research institution. The employee is the only one who is selected from a private company. The employee will regularly participate the overseas space agency\u2019s meeting with JAXA and appeal the private company\u2019s values of Meisei Electric domestically and internationally.
